Not only is the Golf Club Castelconturbia an old club but it even has royal origins: in fact it was built on the remains of the Conturbier Golf Club where the Savoy family usually played.
Completely restored in 1984, it is nowadays ranked among the best golf clubs in Europe. This modern 27-hole course, was designed by Robert Trent Jones and it is divided into three courses: the yellow one, the blue one and the red one.
They are all harmoniously integrated in the landscape and they require concentration and technical skills.
The most difficult hole is the 4th one, in the yellow course: there is an out-of-bounds on the right, and the green is situated among vast bunkers, within a dense fir forest. From the greens to the restaurant you will enjoy a magnificient view and appreciate the utmost attention that was payed to every detail.
