Golf Club Perugia is near the historical centre of the region's main city and is at only 20 km from Lake Trasimeno. The golf course works its way through gentle rolling hills. It was originally realized in the fifties but fourty years later it was completely renewed by Davide Mezzacane, planner of many other golf courses. Many of the fairways are flanked by a thick vegetation and from the first tee onwards players need all their concentration and accuracy. Strokes have to be kept short and precise on fast greens. The old furnace's imposing towers built back in 1921 welcome visitors to the pretty and cosy club house.
