Thanks to accurate renovations this roman convent, next to the church of Sant'Ippolito, has been transformed into a functional four star hotel within the immediate proximity of Florence.
All details have been composed with taste and care to align the actual structure with the one of the original building. The result can be noticed especially in the inner court, where today the original bow-corridor and an old well built of stones, form the perfect background for the outdoor dining space of the hotel restaurant. You can sit there during the day to enjoy a cappuccino, while in the evening you can taste delicious traditional Tuscan menus.
The 27 rooms, of which some even have a tester bed, are furnished differently but do share commonly rustic styled features.
