Surrounded by forests and olive groves, immersed in the Tuscan hills, with a marvelous vista of the surroundings, lie within a short distance of each other, the organic farmyards Podere La Casetta and Podere Il Sapito. On the vast premises different types of wine, grappa and olive oil, as well as all kinds of delicacies such as wild boar, deer, cow and domestic pigs are produced and offered for consumption.
The estate, suitably renovated by a famous Florentine architect are composed of antique farmhouses and enclose all together 15 tasteful well-appointed houses, each with own garden or terrace. Inside, the characteristic aspects of the original architecture have been conserved and emphasized and in the mean time endued with all conveniences.
