Toscana Golf & More 2° Trophy 2010
We are very pleased to introduce you our second tournament-week “Toscana Golf & More Trophy”, held at the hotel UNA Poggio dei Medici Golf & Resort **** Sup, in the beautiful region of Mugello, north of Florence.
Conceived as a typical Toscana Golf & More package, it’s all about golf and delicious cuisine: we will be delighted to make you discover all our local know-how.
Your golf skills will be tested during three rounds of competition: two rounds will be played at the hilly championship golf course Poggio dei Medici, renowned for hosting various international competitions, and one round at the perfectly kept championship golf course Le Pavoniere, the only course in Tuscany designed by Arnold Palmer.
Being an enthusiast of golf and an excellent golf player, the manager of the Golf Club Poggio dei Medici will supervise the competition.
At the beginning of the week, there will be a warm-up round in order to get into the groove and prepare yourself for the “tournament stress”... increased by the fact that we will take you out to excellent restaurants and introduce you to the delicious Tuscan cuisine and wines.
A visit of Florence, a discovering tour of the picturesque towns of Lucca or Pisa, a wine tasting in the famous Chianti region or a round of golf on other golf courses, are only some of the countless excursions that Tuscany has to offer.
The grand finale will be the prize award ceremony followed by a farewell dinner that will round off the tournament.
One week full of fine wines and delicious Italian food, spiced up by the thrill of a golf tournament; pamper yourself with this fantastic trip to Tuscany!
