Travel conditions

We apply the general travel conditions of the DRV (Deutsches Reisebüro Verbandes). On demand we are glad to send you an extract. Please take note of the following “Toscana Golf & More” conditions.

Reservation fee (unique charge) for car rental:

• Categories B, C, D: Euro 30.-
• Categories E, F, K, X: Euro 35.-
• Categories J, M: Euro 45.-
• In case of cancellation of the reservation per car: Euro 30.-

Reservation fee:

• Euro 30.- (unique charge)

Fee for change of reservation:

• Euro 50.-

Cancellation fee for reservation of packages/holiday-houses/apartments/houses/hotels:

• Up to the 45th day before arrival 20%
• From 44th to 35th days before arrival 50%
• From 34th to 1st days before arrival 80%
• Late arrival or departure in advance or no show 100%
• Per person of the total travel price: but at least Euro 50.-

Payment (credit cards are not accepted): a deposit of 20% must be paid after the confirmation of the reservation. This deposit must be paid within 5 days. The outstanding balance must be paid 3 weeks before your arrival (also if you stay in Versilia).
Groups from 7 participants on have different payment conditions.

Packages: the rooms concerning our packages are limited. The green-fees mentioned in the packages are valid only from Monday to Friday, festivities not included. (Supplement for green-fees on week-ends and festivities). The dinners included in our packages do not include beverages.
The single package’s services (for example “Special Golf”) are not refundable.

The law-court is exclusively at the seat of the firm Toscana Golf & More.
Insurance: in order to guarantee the paid amounts of our clients, “Toscana Golf & More” has concluded an insurance for insolvency with the Tour Vers (see copy). As no other insurances are included in the price, we would recommend you to conclude a travel insurance. We will be glad to send you the required forms.

Price-information:
Toscana Golf & More Card: it costs only Euro 40.-, it is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is valid through the current year. This card gives you the benefit of:
reductions up to 48% on the green-fees of the golf clubs mentioned in our brochure, special prices for the golf cars and in the pro-shops also mentioned in our brochure. In case you do not book your stay with Toscana Golf & More, the card costs
Euro 50.- (our reservation service of the tee-off-times not included).

Reservation service of the tee-off-times: as we do not add any fee for the reservation and change of the green-fees like other travel agencies, we kindly ask you to pay great attention to the right time and table of distances in order to avoid further changes.
The discounts on the green-fee price are valid only for those of 18 holes.

Hotels: the arrival can be on every day. The daily prices with breakfast (BB) or half board (HB) - for a minimum stay of 3 nights - include also a VIP CARD for discounted shopping in the boutiques mentioned in the list of Versilia’s boutiques. The discount for children is valid only when in a room with two adults. Seaside (SS), sea view (SV), sideways sea view (SSV) and double room (DR).

Apartments: weekly price per unit (no reduction for children), no further services (NS). The minimum stay is of one week. You will also receive our VIP CARD for discounted shopping in boutiques mentioned in the list of Versilia’s boutiques.
With the publication of this catalogue, all previous catalogues are not valid anymore.
