Travel conditions

We are members of the Italian Travel Agencies Association and we apply their general travel conditions. On demand we are glad to send you an extract. Please take note of the following “Toscana Golf & More Srl Golf & More Agency” additional conditions.

Handling fee per invoice: Euro 35.-
Fee for change of reservation: Euro 50.- per modification

Reservation fee (unique charge) for car rental:
Categories B, C, D: Euro 30.-
Categories E, F, G, K, X: Euro 35.-
Categories J, M, Y, Z: Euro 45.-
In case of cancellation of the reservation: Euro 30.- per car

Cancellation fee for reservation of packages/holiday-houses/apartments/houses/hotels:
Up to 30 days before arrival 25%
From 29 to 21 days before arrival 50%
From 20 to 8 days before arrival 75%
From 7 days to 1 day before arrival, late arrival,
departure in advance or no show 100% per person;
Minimum cancellation fee applicable Euro 50.-
Please take note that only the date of your cancellation in writing shall be taken into account.
Claims in writing on the part of the customer shall be sent to the Agency by recorded delivery with acknowledgment of receipt, within 10 working days from the date of return of the customer from his travel.

Payment conditions: a deposit of 25% must be paid within 5 days after the confirmation of the reservation. The outstanding balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Groups from 7 participants onwards are subject to different payment conditions.

Packages: the rooms proposed in our packages are subject to availability. The green-fees mentioned in the packages are valid from Monday to Friday; week-ends and festivities are not included (please note that a supplement for green-fees on week-ends and festivities will be applied). The dinners mentioned into our packages do not include beverages.
Packages’ single services (for example “Special Golf”) are not refundable.
Toscana Golf & More Card’s discounts on the green-fee price are valid only on 18-hole-green -fees.

In compliance with the legislative decree no. 111 of 17.03.1995 of the EC directive 90/314/EC, the company or the vendor to whom the customer refers to shall have the administrative authorization to operate in conformity with art. 3/1, paragraph A, legislative decree 111/95.

The contract between the customer and the agency is subject to the law no. 1084 of 27/12/1997 of the ratification and enforcement of the International Treaty on travel contracts, signed in Brussels on the 23.04.1970. It is also subject to the above mentioned legislative decree no. 111 of 17.03.1995.

Liability insurance: in compliance with Italian Law, Toscana Golf & More Srl Golf & More Agency signed with “Italia Assicurazioni” an insurance contract covering its liability (liability insurance contract no. 7/6401). As no other insurances are included in the price, we recommend you to sign a travel insurance agreement in the event of travel cancellation.

Security fund: in case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the agency, the customer shall have the right to claim a refund of the amount paid, against the Security Fund established by the “Direzione Generale per il Turismo del Ministero delle Attività Produttive” (in compliance with art. 21, legislative decree 111/95).
