The perfect way to learn how to prepare delicious Italian specialties, is of course with a real italian cook. So why not improve your gastronomic abilities during your holiday in the professional kitchen of a famous restaurant, which includes the following “ingredients”:
- 3 cookery lessons on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon each followed by a dinner of the own-cooked dishes (beverages not included)
- 1 morning to Viareggio’s market to learn how to recognize the best ingredients
- 1 evening during which we will spoil you with a delicious dinner and suitable wine-tasting
- 1 bundle of the recipes you prepared during the cooking class.
